I've picked a pile of Scotch bonnets to hang up to dry, and gave away about 4 times that amount.
There's still a load more that may or may not ripen up and a load of Cayennes that should still ripen in the greenhouse.
Picked the last of the Tomatoes too.
I'm still inundated with Apples aswell, and I've picked up a whole sack full that had fallen in last week's winds. They dont keep once they're off the tree and there's only so many I can eat.
Plenty of other stuff on the allotment to see us through the winter too (cabbage, sprouts, Leeks, Beetroot, Kale, Carrots and a few Parsnips) so I dont think we'll starve before Spring.
And a load of spuds and squashes in the shed too.
It's been a pretty good year on the Allotment for me this year.
