We used to have excellent parts washers at work until the company went "green" and replaced the fluid with some soapy water type mix which was useless.
I got mine from Halfords many years ago. The bracket that held the pump had it's spot weld fail so got it for £25I’ve been eyeing those cheap parts washers - any good? What fluid do you put in them?
I've always used paraffin. Occasionally filter liquid through coffee filters which extends it's life.I tried that with a cheap spray bottle - waste of time. When it comes to spray bottles for brake cleaner - I have a cheap sprayer that lasted a yesr or so - can I just replace with Viton seals, rather than but a £20 dedicated bottle?
Thanks- that’s saved me a couple of quid towards the wurth one then.I tried that with a cheap spray bottle - waste of time.
I think the Wurth bottles are the only answer.
Work seems yo use ones that stand up well to brake cleaner use. I think they are Nepa brand ones... I'll have to remember to check, as I could do with one myselfI tried that with a cheap spray bottle - waste of time.
I think the Wurth bottles are the only answer.
