I've recently been mulling over a couple of projects which will require bearings. Some of the bearing manufacturers and suppliers I've looked at publish what I'll call "decode" tables, e.g. if I have a bearing with a code of 6102 I can easily find the dimensions (d:15, D:32, B:9) from any number of websites.
However, If I want to specify a bearing (let's say d:6 D:20 B:10), where do I go to match that to a bearing code? A book, or at least a printed copy of lookup tables would be ideal.
Any recommendations or suggestions?
