If that was in my van and I had no mechanical assistance I would do this:

Cut 4x3 timbers to fit into the inside corners of the legs to make a square brace and fit them down at the feet to stop the legs from breaking
Drag it to the back of the van then flop it over forwards onto a couple of tyres with a piece of ply on top, so that now it's on it's side with the four legs pointing at the back door
Drag it to the back of the van until the legs are hanging over
Lay a couple of sheets of ply on the floor just at the back of the van, or a couple of good pallets if you need to move it later
2 men wiggle it to the rear until it is on the point of tottering
Screw a pair of timbers to the square brace underside pointing vertically so the feet don't hit the floor and crack the cast feet now screw a 4x3 horizontally across the top of those to stop it over-turning when you roll it out
2 men wiggle it out until the feet touch the floor. It may slide until the top edge catches on the van floor, that's what the protection timber is for to protect the feet
Put a couple of tyres on the floor where the back feet will land,stand the table up until the timber across those feet land on the tyres. If it doesn't stand up, get it on the balance pint, remove the tyres and use timber blocking
Once its standing more or less upright, use a lever to hold the weight and keep removing blocking until it ends up standing upright, or use a trolley jack to hold it and let it down gently.

If its a Transit you could always wait a week for the van to dissolve around it .

I can't see that working. Monkeys work for peanuts but elephants need something a lot bigger to keep their strength up !

Fit a sunroof in the back of the van.Open it fully then lower a winch cable through the opening and lift the table.
Drive the van forward as far as you can before the cable hits the back of the opening and you'll be a lot closer than you are now.
Best fit a long narrow sunroof if possible so you can move the table as far as possible.

rig up a gantry with 4x2 and using a hoist ( chain) through the rear doors gently take the weight and as it eases the pressure on the floor of the van ease the table towards the back of the van. As it comes clear of the van lower it job done . You will be amazed how strong 4x2 is in compression. Protect the van roof with a piece of wood. keep an eye on the position of the supporting straps.
