I would advise not using an engine crane to pull them out, I had one that one of my brothers borrowed without asking, got it back totally wrecked! Seals shot and frame bent
I tried the bought fence post knock in the ground metal feet, but there quite flimsy, I used them for a loose box structure, and as its multi pists all braced there fine, but the late ones Ive built, Ive made my own, using 5 mm wall box section, and a 5 mm plate to bolt down to concrete, they work a teat, and keep the base of the post out of the damp.I did think about using a cast in steel foot but I always find them a bit wobbly

You missed the 2 days of trying to find him and then the day of clearing out some space to actually be able to make somethingYou really seem to have thought of everything @8ob
I can just imagine you in A Team mode, we have a problem, couple of hours in the workshop with some funky music and the problem solving thing appears
