How bad are Milwaukee blades

This is how bad!

Used one I have ground smooth to no improvement, as it was not welded straight

New one, again I ground the join smooth not realising it was bent.

Original ferrex blade looks like it was straight. It did start to kick near the end, I imagine it had cracked and took a while to split.

just go to TuffSaws, abso brill .......
I use thier Co /Hss blades for metal.....diff style teeth combo's....not sure just ask em, very helpful.....
as cheap as the HSS blades from everywhere else.........
man do they last .......what more do ya need.......
mine chomp thru Tube, 10mm plate, RSJ, angle, 50 -70mm solid round bar etc etc
bit agressive for light metal. but I just support the saw so it cuts slow.....
can be used with or without coolant but I always use coolant........

Guessing there bandsaw blades , only ever found starrett to be a decent blade.

why not send them back and complain they might have a bad batch . if no one complains they might not even know they have a problem there a good reputable company so I hardly think they just turn out crap

Yes I was trying to get it sorted with ffx, they were shut, agreed to help, but now reopened not replying to emails so need to phone them. I know there are a few on here same problem.

Yes same blades for the M18, there are a lot of machines use the same design/same blades. Same factory in China.

I got mine from ffx too I don't use the saw much though. I find it hard find it straight through bar ect and make more work
