Ok it says welds up to 3/16 which is 4mm, a clarke en90 claims to be able to weld 4mm but thats an exageration. It doesnt say what amperage range it has, what sort of work do you want to do with it?. Personally i wouldn't have a clue as to what the build quality is like, cant recall having seen anything like it in the UK, chances are someone might know about it on the forum. Alternatively ask the seller if he is willing for you to test the machine out before purchase, take a few bits of steel with you and lay down a few test runs (of course this only helps of you have a reasonable amout of welding experience)

The second is non-gas. You can buy a new Clarke 130 for a bit more.

The first says "can be used with gas" but does not show a regulator. It may need a conversion kit. If it includes a regulator it may be a decent deal.

The latest Craftsman MIGs are rebadged Clarke units. I'm not sure about the older ones.
