Housing ideas for Chinese air heater ?

I know you can get the heaters already in an almost ready to use housing.

What other types of housings could be used for one of the vehicle kits ? I've thought of a jerry can or ammo box but they aren't big enough.

Why do they need housing.

So they aren't just lying around on the garage / shed / workshop floor is my reason. Far better to have heater, pump, fuel tank and a 20amp PSU in a housing so all that is needed it to duct exhaust

The ready-made cases look a bit bobbins to me as you still have to have the exhaust, inlet and fuel feed coming in the bottom. Not entirely sure what the advantage of them is. So yeah, if you build your own, don't do it like that

You can turn the unit on it's side, as long as the glowplug is at the top, which would be better for when fitted in a housing.

2 drawer filing cabinet, take the top drawer out. Mount everything into the bottom drawer so it's easy to pull it out for servicing.
Cut the bottom out of the top drawer and mount the controllers onto the front panel. One big multi plug behind it.
