House alarm help?

Went off again last night, I was thinking of setting it to double knock but the panel instructions wont do it? The way it says wont work? Its a g4 accenta alarm?

Thanks I didn't realise the subtle difference I have now changed the faulty zone to double knock so if it still alarms what's the future plan?
Its so handy being able to ask others

I skipped mine, couldn't cure it, good luck

swop a couple of zones over in the panel then if that particular one that's faulty sets the panel off on the other zone you have transferred to its not the panel its the pir its either faulty or it doesn't like something in the room .could be draught heat insects anything
