That gives me an idea for the South Cerney show Julian, I’ve always taken some up painted black & charged a pound for them, money going to the Cobalt cancer charity. Into Proper Job, get some glitter ……Mate of mine used to sell loads at festivals. Everyone else painted them black and charged a fiver. It was a speedy job.I think I rolled a curved strip to use as an armature to make all the separate components.

I used to find the biggest job making things out of old shoes was knocking the old nails out and cleaning all the dirt out of them, then divvying them up by rough size.
