That kit has M6 as the bleed nipple, do you mean that the 'insert' they use is physically too big and will foul the body of the caliper?

Yes that's the issue the insert is just too big and will foul the calliper body

Wow spoke to Fraser today what a help fun chap.
He can supply a smaller kit or a one off to fix it
Going to strip the calliper tonight a have good look and for a plan.

Battery acid and a battery charger, it will remove the bolt and leave a nice clean thread.
It's basically anodising.
