Got my hydraulic oil !
First attempts to fill it, confirm that both locking lever plunger hole and grub screw hole next to it are interconnected,
so I would imagine grub screw is some kind of air bleed nipple?
Initially filling it with oil and trying locking lever shows increased friction (but no locking) of the main spindle.
I am guessing it's just air in the system?
