Hobbyweld 5 welding thickness

Hi folks, what thickness can i weld upto with this hobbyweld 5 gas? With 265amp(only my stuff)

Also can i just introduce more co2 in via a separate regulator from a pub co2 bottle?

Provided you set your parameters correctly you’ll probably be ok welding all thicknesses, yes, a higher CO2 content will give you a better fusion profile on thicker material but provided you get into spray transfer you should be ok. It all depends upon how critical the joint is
