Hitachi spitting out jigsaw blades.

This is a good Hitachi model and goes well with a blade for many cuts, then starts to spit out blade. I have cleaned the mech. The blade model don't seem to make any difference as it went well with bosch blades and the cheap lidl ones for ages. Is there a fix for it, or any known caveats with these spring bayonet receivers?

THe guide slot is probably worn, but you need to post a pic of the retaining mech.

I'd have a look to check the sides/ends of the holder haven't rounded over slightly.
