Split the wood, that makes good kindling.
The graphite gets crushed and used to dry lubb stuff.

Coloured ones get saved, melted own and used as a cheep wax fill,

Why.
I buy cheap recycled pencils for a reason.
I have no need of kindling and have a large tub of Moly grease

Time and effort need to be considered too.
I lose more than I bin. Shan't be loosing sleep.

The amount of pencils I was given last year from 5 places, made it worth my time.

I was laid up with 50% of my legs not working.

But sometimes you just don't want grease on something that will collect dust. Are the days of rubbing a pencil on your hand saw gone?
