welcome to the forum, how long have you been in NZ now? I miss NZ loads had the chance to stay 20 years ago but the mrs didnt fancy it.
Moved here in 2007. Never been back.

Welcome, there's a couple of forum members down in NZ, I had the pleasure of a visit out there in 2000.
I wouldn't have come back then either, if I'd had the choice but the then wife decided she didn't want to move out permanently.....
A great beautiful country and great people, I would still like to visit/live there.

Yeah we came out for a look in 2002 first for a look with the view of moving. Finally did it in 2007... Tony Blair was the final straw for me. Watched the country starting to turn bad, and I knew where it was going. Boy was I right! Even back then I saw parts of Derbyshire turning into places resembling foreign countries... and not the sort you would wish to go on "holiday" to.
Anyway, swapped my average three bed semi and single garage workshop for a huge house on ten acre's of land, multiple workshops etc etc.... couldnt be happier.
I have more space now than I know what to do with..... and my tiny workshop back in the UK was so cluttered, I couldnt even turn around in it!
