hi start on new project tomoz got to make a fire place hood just seeing before i start if anyone done one before and whats pit falls??? and any advice ???

decrative ?? functional . type of metal size. what folding and welding gear have u . more details would help
theres plenty of fabricators on here

no its functional does not have to be very decorative. to be honest i have my own fabrication business but sheet metal projects are new to me so but im sure be fine just wanted to any one had advice on fire hoods. thickness of metal ill use is about 2 mm.
