Would transporting my own products (new skips) to my customers come under restricted?
If the invoice was worded to include delivery they would be yours until they were unloaded.

I'm currently having lessons to obtain cat c licence with the intentions of getting c+e after.
I was doing all this so I could run my own rigid
If you are only looking at rigid's you don't need the C+E entitlement just the C
The restriction is not re distance as long as it UK mainland.I was doing all this so I could run my own rigid but it all seems crazy, I doubt I would get away with a restricted o licence as I intend to drive all over the country.
Yes you do need O licence. You might need CPC if you are a driver not a worker. There are rough limits to hours driving per day.Infact reading up dont you need an operators licence and cpc to tow a 3.5 ton trailer for reward now?
yes if in UKWould transporting my own products (new skips) to my customers come under restricted?
Sadly thats the state of the DVSA currently.Dvsa can be very vague on the requirements for a driver cpc in my experience. I have a restricted o license and take some machines to a few local shows to promote my business. As I don’t sell anything at a show dvsa inform me I don’t need a driver cpc for the driving but I do need one as the trailer I have is sign written with my business details and telephone numbers etc and that could generate business when being driven along the road. The easiest option for me was to get a driver cpc. A company I do some work for also has a restricted o license and there vehicle is sign written but dvsa has informed them they that they dont need to have driver cpc’s
Yes this would be in the uk only.yes if in
