hf plasma cutter problem

greetings friend I have a problem with my new hbc550 cutter full new and there is no arc to start cutting I read in various forums and there is no chip on the high frequency pcb I tried the flyback and it is in good condition but there is no ocillation

In the first pic the red and black wires with plug look broken / squashed.
