We've got a Henry (Well, Numatic) in our flat, someone needs to replace the filter though, I couldn't tell you how bad it smells without making more work for the mods.![]()
Do you all use them with bags?
I think you're supposed to but I suspect plenty don't.

That was a huge amount of money then BSI bought my first numatic cleaner 45 years ago. paid 90 quid for it . I bought it from a heating supplies . they were used for servicing boilers and then became popular with the public a few years later![]()
We've got three now, we are on our second in the house, first one lasted about 15 years before the motor blew, it had a very hard time through loads of building work. I have what I think is a tall version of Charles in the workshop, its a wet and dry one, and a very old 110v Henry that I acquired with a Tom Senior mill as a job lot ages ago. I do have an old dyson, I threw the filter away and use the cyclone bit on the sand blaster.
