What I do is stick tank tape around the locker on the wheel cut up a coke can and form a protection guard around the nut then, weld a blob onto the nut at the right place to get a blunt chisel to the blob, whilst the bolt is still hot, chisel the bolt round with the chisel at 45* outward angle so that you are knocking in and round, usually with a few smacks they come free.

I had similar, 4 new tyres fitted and I told them the torque required (100 Nm), only one wheel was visible from the viewing area and that was done properly with the torque wrench, I could hear the windy gun running for 15-20 seconds on the other 3 .
Got home and loosened them with a dial type torque wrench, 150Nm+ to move them , so did them all properly.

I just bring the wheels to them after a garage once crossthreaded one of the wheel studs on my da's old 309.

Lesson one. never use a windy gun to do up wheel nuts.
Lesson two. Never use a windy gun on a locking wheel nut.
Lesson three. When you take your car in for new tyres etc, tell the fitter what torque you want them taking to and insist they use a torque wrench.
In my experience most locking nuts can be removed by whacking on a socket or for preference an Irwin bolt grip, even the stupid things with a free collar can usually be got at after a session with a cold chisel on the collar.

I always use a nut gun when putting wheels on but I know the feel and I can always guarantee that when torqued they go between 1/8 -1/16 of a turn further, to get to the correct torque.
I always told my lads they would be sacked if I heard a nut gun rattling on wheels etc
I took a car back to a specialist once who had done some work for me, armed with the cars brace and said undo that, they couldnt then I handed them my snap-on breaker bar and it was bending still would not undo they got their nut gun and that undid it, they said I think you need a new gun, I said no-------- I think you need the sack .
I had a volvo in and had to use my 3/4 gun on it the bar wouldnt do it, when I checked the threads, the studs had gone, between the nut and the disc, from a 1.5 mm pitch to 2mm !!!
