Hi I would like to use the information you provide for beginners in Africa with very little if any internet connection. Is there a possibility to have the instructions for Arc welding on a disc/pen to take to Zambia in June?

Some browsers will allow you to download a webpage, associated webpages and images in such a way that it can be accessed on a local drive. Try the "Save As" option on the file menu

loads of video on you tube you can download some to hard drive

If you decide to use cd's, make sure to use a high quality brand. Cheap ones don't work well after the first few inevitable scratches.

Print and laminate might be best for use in a workshop environment.
