ok,to start off im 19 and certified in welding 6G. i own a lincoln portable welder, torches, grinders and every tool useful in welding. Im starting a welding service in oklahoma and i am thinking of charging 30 dollars an hour with a three hour minimum. Is this a fair price?

Probably a bit low given expense of equipment. If you can live on it, it is a fair price. $50/hr seems to be the norm here.

well this is just a side job i have two hundred cows i take care of but the reason i considered thirty/hour is because i dont have much experience welding for myself and im mostly looking to build pipe fences and things along that line

I do a bit on the side. Usually price by the job, not time. Most take longer to set up than to do
