how many amps you welding at and what process you running? That sign means you have exceeded the duty cycle of the machine and you need to let it cool down. as far as I'm aware its 200a for 25 percent.. means its 2 and half mins of straight welding at that output before you hit the thermal limitView attachment 374722Got this welder 2years ago. Haven't used it that much. Just entirely for my DIY projects i fancied to do, in fact i have not even emptied the first 20L CO2 tank since beginning. What i noticed mainly before this stop sign showed up is that the weld is very poor and wire cones out from the gun heavily blemished as soon as it gets passed thru the liner. By the way, when thst warning sign shows up, i could no longer use any of the 3 process, stick, MIG & TIG. What could be wrong? Any help will be appreciated and i hope i have not acquired a big and heavy door stopper. Thx
