If it was me I'd be tempted to knock up a frame out of Angle that would "sit" inside the existing Angle frame and then just bolt that down.
Add a couple of braces, then clad inside with 1mm galv sheet for the sides, and whatever was lying about strong enough for the floor.
Lightweight (so 2 people could lift the body off the chassis) and not too expensive/time-consuming to make.
