Help with electrics *Sorted*

My new TIG welder has just arrived.

I want to make sure my electrics are up to scratch before I start using it. The distance from my consumer unit to shed is 35 meters. I'm going to install some decent h/d plugs and sockets purchased from Screwfix.

Can someone point out what I need from the list, will I need 16 or 32 amp? I am going to use 4mm armoured cable.
