I am having a problem with my TIG 200 AC/DC welder.
From what i have read here it is a WSME 200 rebrand and not the best quality but it has worked for me for the last 5 years
let me describe the issue:
I had been using it to weld some stainless parts for like 10 minutes.
The day after i wanted to weld some aluminium and switched to ac but when i started welding it didnt sound right,it didnt make that loud buzzing sound,just pop-pop-pop and didnt melted the aluminium.
i tried different setting but nothing worked.
So i switched back to dc to test but now it does not do anything.
-Fans are running
-Display works and when i press the footpedal the value goes up
-gas solenoid works
-when i press the footpedal or the button on the torch the solenoid starts but the torch doesnt start,no HF sound,striking it doesnt work either.
Maybe someone on this forum has had the same problem and can help to wich print could be the problem.
