Help please

Hi Guys im wondering if someone could help me here.

I am new to welding and am looking at buying a mig for using on car bodywork, mainly sills and arches. I have been looking at this welder here

It has a minimum current of 35 amps, would this be suitable with some practice to use for bodywork?

Pushing it really.

A lot of welders come down to 30A, and the Portamigs come down to 25A (apart from the new one - 15A)

35A is a little high for bodywork but you should just about be able to use it with some practice.
If it's that exact one then even with the usual SIP wire feed niggles it's a cheap machine.
