Lurd just twigged what that switch is ...it is a post flow control which sets the time the air runs on for after releasing the trigger as I said try both see which works best but you should not need to set the knob

Dude, you have bought a plasma cutter the similar to mine, I plumbed mine into the air supply at work, turned it on and started cutting 2 mm at 30 amps, I cut 14 mm into a 20 mm mild steel which was impressive. Unfortunatley I blew it up while trying to cut 3mm brass plate. I was running 80psi on the gauge, make sure the water bowl is on the bottom as it acts as a water trap. Otherwise I can't see what you have done different to me.
Kk yea i've made sure i changed it round so is on the bottom hopefully i wont blow it cutting 9mm steel. off outside now to give it another go and have a mess around with the air flow nob
Oh its working perfect and so'sthe compressor at the moment havent needed to drill holes its just cut straight through.
