We have been using a parweld xtt202p for some time now, and everything has been fine, a few weeks ago we welded up some stainless 316 - and all ok, however in the past week suddenly have bubblely welds, - just like the wrong gas, or so on.
Now, it's the same argon cylinder, but nevertheless we tried another one, but just the same, three different regulators, again just the same, can't find any leaks - holds pressure fine - so ok up to the solenoid.
Tried blocking off the nozzle, and don't hear any leaks during gas test (until the nozzle plug blows off over the workshop - very bouncy!)
Tried it on stainless, aluminium, and mild, but the same, changed out the gas lens for other sizes, and standard nozzle - again no difference!
It's a parweld torch (with the three buttons) - any ideas here?
Btw, tried different tungstens, ceriated (grey) and lanthanated (gold) - both new and pre used!
Looks to me like O2/air in the gas, but can't work out how!
