Help! looking for a fabrication company

This is pretty OT but I figure there must be some members who work in a engineering shop or who know people who may be able to help me.

I need some brackets made up that are for holding the glass top on a arcade cocktail cabinet.
I've emailed various companies and none are able to help me with my dilemma, or when they find I only want a small batch to start with they don't bother to reply to me

I've spent the last few months designing and building a cocktail cabinet and really need to find a manufacturer that can make these for me on a regular basis.

I've attached two images, one of the specs and one of the actual bracket itself.

I can get the brackets from the US but they are designed for thicker tops and don't nearly fit mine and can't be bent without deforming the bracket as I have tried.

If anyone knows what sort of company I need to look for or if they can help please let me know as I'm getting really desperate now.

As your from essex, i would try snowcat. looks like a bit of plasma and flypress work to me

Can you see the brackets when they are in use??

Initially I need 40 to start with, thats enough for 6 cocktail cabinets but I will be needing more in the near future.

Yes they can be seen from the side of the cabinet so stainless would be great, I'd rather pay more for stainless than use mild steel and have to have them powder coated.

I do understand its not a great amount and most companies don't have the time to run such small batches but I'm more than happy to pay a little extra to get the job done.

If your sure your going to use them, id be tempted to get a batch of a few hundred. With something like that, the majority of the cost would be setup time, doing the laser programme etc.

Obviously stainless is deared to laser, and raw materials costs are higher, but a nicer job imo.

Thanks for the recomend ID, but batch work is really not my thing, lasered products, southfield ind estste, at baisldon could do the cuts for you nice guys very helpfull, Iv had one off cuts by them, and they have been spot on. Think they could do the whole job for you or point you to a shop who can do the folds.

If Snowcat can't help you there is a fabricator I have used in Norfolk. They made me some good copies of rather complicated fancy brackets for an old display cabinet, the biggest cost was getting the drawings done on the computer for the laser cutter to read (which you've already done by the sound of it). If you add what tolerance you need on the dimensions that might help them make up their minds, especially if its +-1mm or the like.
Half the engineering shops will think 0.01mm and price accordingly...

hi sealslayer. i've worked in sheet for years and the brackets u want could be done on a cnc punch which is cheaper than lazer ,the brackets look simple enough to be programed without cad, u are better off looking for a sheet metal shop than farication shop. the brackets would need a little deburring though before assmbly but they might do that for free on a small batch. they wouldnt charge u the earth either. hope this helps.
