This might give you an idea of how to make some.
May be worth checking with @Dr.Al as I think he changed the toolpost on his Harrison m250 for something else, possibly because it easier to replicate the holders
Yes, I ditched the Dickson post and replaced it with a wedge type Aloris clone one ("Model 222").
It allows far more height adjustment than the Dickson (with the Dickson I'd have needed shims to use 12 mm tooling or smaller, with the wedge one I don't). The geometry of the tool holders is quite simple so its fairly easy to make more on the mill. If you don't want to make them, they're also much cheaper to buy than the Dickson type.
