Help identifying trailer brakes

Hi,

I have a small, old car trailer which needs some work. Last night I removed the hubs and noticed the brakes could also do with being replaced, however I don't know the make or model of the brakes. The brakes are activated by a rod, so I would have thought they would be trailer brakes or caravan.

Can anyone help?
