Help choosing a car vacuum....

Shark or Dyson if you really must go cordless, the DeWalt and Makita are shocking, I mean really disappointing. I was given the DeWalt it was that bad and then bought the Makita thinking as it was brushless it would have a bit more about it, but no, it’s crap. I’d be interested to try the Milwaukee.

I put up with the lead and just use Henry most of the time.

There is a battery version of Henry. Might be worth looking at. After using Numatics for a while, I prefer them over any other vacuum I've ever used.

paid 15 quid for a decent 110v henry from autojumble and got another 3 out of skips 2 with flex breaks and one with a duff hose . just got one given from a school i work at where they chucked one did once buy one for 90 quid new before they became popular with the public .got it from a boiler spares company . plumbers used em for servicing them

Me? I would use the household type. Just plug it into the car 240V outlet. Simples.

Just to put this to bed, after much faffing about I raised a dispute/claim through PayPal for a refund. This dragged on and on, mostly due as far as I can tell, to Temu ignoring requests for information.

Got an email yesterday to say that the refund will be credited to my account in the next week. I will never order anything from that company again!

But, perseverance pays.

I keep getting adverts for them on various forums. Crazy cheap prices. Did wonder if it was all too good to be true, or if it was like Shein where the stuff is allegedly made by near slave labour. I think I'll keep avoiding them. They probably rely on most people not pursuing refunds to subsidise their pricing.

Another vote for a Henry Hoover. Made in the UK and spare parts are both reasonably cheap and freely available.

Henry's are running at around £130 at the moment, at Argos and a few other places. When our Miele packs in our next cleaner will be a Henry. They seem the best value in the £100 to 150 price bracket.
