HELP 1st saw what should I get??

Hey all,
I’m New to all this but loving the tig welding even tho all I have been doing is cutting bits up to stick back together. I’ve been using my grinder to cut so I am after a decent saw to cut mild and stainless tube, (1st project is to make myself some new paddock stands for my bike) Ideally it would be something portable, been looking at the Mac or the evolution anyone used these or recommendations to any other I should look at?

prob a small bandsaw would be best at this time...

I think most here would advice you to get a band saw. The Evolution saws are good but clamping design makes 45 angle difficult.
You need a special blade for stainless, pricy.
You'll kill the regular steel blade with just a few cuts in ss.

I have an Evolution saw & it has its uses, But if I was going to buy a dedicated metal saw, Then I would also go for a Bandsaw!

Thanks, I was looking at the Clark cbs45md but I haven’t got the room for it at the min are them makita portable ones any good? Needs to last about 2 year till I get room for a fixed one
