Help!!! 130en is no longer feeding wire....

I've had my 130en for about 4 years now and it hasn't given me any grief until the last couple of months. I just replaced the torch and liner, now I'm having problems getting it to feed. The motor works fine when I put a battery to it. I have checked all connections and nothing is loose. The contactor relay operates fine when I pull the trigger as well. I have heard its common to have components go in the PCB? I have attached pictures of the welder and both sides of the PCB. If i go buy another PCB I will have spent about 1/2 the money of a new one! Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance!

I think we need to look at the bigger picture here Have you checked the fuse next to the contactor ?

If the pcb mounted fuse is ok then would suspect the transistor in the corner of pcb , it's a "BT151" which you should be able to get from an electronic component supplies store. The contactor by the way is in the base of the machine and the device on the pcb is a relay. If the problem with the wire not feeding did not start untill you changed the liner then it might be worth rechecking both ends of the tourch to make sure nothing is shorting ie wires in tourch handle or cables at machine end of tourch.

Thanks for replying guys, I knew I was going to get crap about the huge pictures... Thats what I get for using my wifes dslr.... I have already checked the fuse and the connections within the torch.. both seem to be fine, and it did work in the past ( I used it once since it was replaced). Is there any way to check the BT151 to make sure its still working? I'm guessing it'll be cheap anyways so I'll just swap it out. Any other suggestions?
