Welcome, I have spent a fair bit of time in Minneapolis in the 90's: I was Engineering Manager for Eaton Corporation's Hydraulic plant in Scotland, their headquarters was in Eden Prairie. I was there in the Halloween Blizzard of 1991 - was sent home after driving in to the plant from Chanhassen in a Chevrolet Caprice Classic Station Wagon!

I have driven by that plant countless times!, I was deer hunting in NE Wyoming during the “91” blizzard, made for an interesting drive home
