Hello everyone my name is kahn and im 26 from brighton. Me and my 105e anglia need your help. Everytime i us my sealy minimig it just tacks itself to the tip i have replaced the tip thinking there is a blockage or something but as soon as it comes into contact will the earthed peice the wire just stops in the gun with just a slight tack . Its really ******* me off someone please help me.

Hello Kahn...

Is the shroud in good condition? If its not, the insulation may be damaged and earthing out the torch aswell as the wire.

If you look at the tip, has the wire just stuck to it, or has it actually melted into the tip?
