Hi there, im new to the fourum.
Im Jack, 19, and training to be a mechanic.

Thought i would join as whenever i seem to google something this forum comes up with the answer some really useful info on here!!!

Ive just got into painting so will probably be pestering you with questions on that over the next few weeks probably, but i want to get into more fabrication work, always find myself wanting to make/build things at work rarther than get on with fixing the cars themselfs

ahhh nice you can come help when i get stuck on some my many attempts at fabbing/painting etc haha.


How could i forget anyway, my ongoing project/guinea pig.

It started life as a Mini One, then i put a supercharged engine from the Cooper S into it

My first attempt at painting:

Need to make up a battery box and weld it in the boot floor so i can secure the battery out the way properly...without cable ties

Welcome to the forum, some nice work there and paint looks good, not a fan of black wheels..like shiny one's but probably me being old fashioned and not 'with it'

Yeehh the wheels will be being changed soon as i want something wider, i'm thinking something with a colour coded center and polished lip, getting rid of all the black hopefully in exchange for blue.
