Hello mig welding forum.

Just joined as i have recently aquired a second hand mig welder. I do abit of mig welding at work (i work in the Honda factory) so have some idea of how it all works. I am going on a course through work but i am also currently part way through a rebuild of my car.

I have browsed on the forum for a while and seems to be a good place to gather help, hints and tips on mig welding, some of which i hope to put to good use.

Its a Vauxhall Nova. My boy racer days are behind me now, just, so i have been rebuilding it. I have a newly built 2.0 16v lump from an Astra GTE to go in. At the moment i am doing the last few bits of bodywork before it goes to the painters. The engine bay needed the most attention, but luckily a freind who works in a bodyshop, was on hand to undertake that task!!

I will try and get some picutres up in the projects section. Is there a post number that has to be reached before i can post pics?? Not that i will spam my way to it you understand!!
