    hi
I have my mate's old welder on loan hasn't been used for a while so first thing is I've tried to push rusty wire through hose/nozzle/torch and then decided best to replace inner liner from machine to gun
but cannot see inner liner at torch end-is this a euro gun ?
is it worth running off more wire to get to non rusty or is it time to invest in new spool?
    thanks
    tiny

that machine needs a little oil in the right places

    its a bit rusty

as goes for wire pull a few lines off and see if its really clear

you may need a new liner as well on tha machine of which your doing

pics dont show much if its a euro torch on not if it was it would be a push and twist on euros

Feeder mech. suggests it pre-dates a Euro, the clear gas pipe T's into the brass.

    ok thanks
I think that must mean the liner will pull out from the machine end ?

This post is a bit old but if you haven't done anything with it, I would advise you not to push that rusty wire through the torch, it will clog up/damage your liner, unspool as much as necessary to get to completely clean wire. if that doesn't happen then replace the spool. If there isn't much left on the spool then it probably isn't worth doing that and just get new spool of wire anyway. Probably wouldn't hurt to put a new liner in too.
