Hi everyone, newbie to welding here but am buying a Land rover so I thought I had better learn quick.
Really pleased I found this great site and forum. Just bought a Clarke 151en so will post some picks of my first attempts in the appropriate section.

I've got an excuse... I've had 4 of them & now run a Toyota that wants to become a real 'Ota Aah, comfort, quiet, power (I can even hear the radio) - why do I still get a 'flutter' when I drive past a very tired Series 1 gradually disappearing into the hedge in a neighbour's garden (even my wife reckons it's cute)?

There is something about a Land rover. They have a personality all their own. Going to pick it up tomorrow so hope I make it home.. There are no patches to weld on it at the moment so I have time to practice.
