I must admit,the nozzle touched the welding work a few times,that's when it happened. It's something to with the wire-feed speed
In the vid is that the welding wire thats glowing? or another part of the machine.
Reson being if its the wire, presumeably just before it goes up the liner then it may be you have a broken power wire from welder to torch or the tip isn't making good enough contact with the wire at the torch end, Causing full welding amps to try to travel up the mig wire causing it to glow.
Just an idea, Probably barking up the wrong tree completely.
You are probably right,but It appears to coming from behind the wire feed dial. The machine went beserk,the wire kept on feeding even though I wasn't pressing the torch.
