The TE ones have flux in the solder.
Service temp is up to 125degC.
I think the solder melting temp is 160degC
I use a bigger heat gun than the one in the video above with a wrap-round end on it wide enough to cover the whole thing.
With that the ends shrink down first and hold everything in place while it solders up.
