Brake cleaner got rid of kero and smell on a leak in a car boot once that had quite an amount in the carpets etc, it evaporates quickly taking the oil with it I presume, you could use brake cleaner and oil soak granules but I would crunch them up into a dust to work better but switch boiler off if spraying BC as it is highly inflammable.
I did a plain concrete work shop floor that was absolutely thick with oil and grease I did a small patch at a time and used petrol sloshed down about metre square at a time, let it soak in then throw down oil soak granules a piece of flat oak stood on it and did the 'twist' it broke down the granules and scratched the concrete clean VERY well, I then used biological washing powder, as rtcosic above ^^ also use it in cooling systems that have oil contamination it doesnt froth as much and breaks down the oil.

Well I’ve scrubbed it with bio washing powder and a nail brush, left for 30 minutes then washed with hot soapy water.
I’ll see what it’s like tomorrow, if it’s still there tomorrow I’ll scrub with brake cleaner to see what that does. Seems to be drying out a bit anyway on its own
