I'm after a heat source for things like helping bend steel (e.g 10mm rod and similar), annealing sheet, and ally "welding" with HTS200 or similar, like Lumiweld and all those. Home workshop use, hobby type levels so no o/a and bottle hire etc.
Propane seems about ideal. I've tried looking at gas/air but find the specs a bit hard to make out. They seem to be for jewellers so probs not suitable anyway.
Do either of these seem OK for the propane option?

Second one has bigger shrouds - not sure which sort would be more suitable.
I read on here about regulators needing to be high-flow vs the standard cooker type ones. Are these easy to get, any ideas on a source for that would be good, only managed to turn up cooker types on web searching.
Cheers all.
