Heat proof cellulose?

I've a diesel drip stove, came off a Dutch barge and the window's showing signs of age.
It's a flexible film, almost like cellulose/old film rolls but obviously not that as film's super flammable. There's a silver gold sheen, almost iridescent.
I'd like to find a replacement, anyone have any ideas what it is please?

Transparent mica sheet. Mica comes in different degrees of transparency. Search for mica window.

It was used in the old coal stoves with small windows in the doors & I seem to recall as the window in the old Aladdin paraffin heaters

Not sure. It was a short trip down the rabbit off the back of RAAC concrete problems.

Vermiculite is one member of the group of phyllosilicate minerals, which are related to clays. Mica is another pyllosilicate, and the group also includes things like talc and kaolin.
