Headset stuck in carbon frame

I've just reassembled it with the old headset fitted the right way up this time and it works fine, it felt a bit gritty turning it in my fingers but assembled and preloaded it feels fine. I'll see how it is after a few rides and then consider replacing it.

I'm no expert but I think the forks are probably overdue a service, I've just tried to set the sag and there seems to be a lot of stiction.

Once you learn to ride it you can't ride a normal bike.
