My local has been assigned a new counter manager beginning of this year and he is a cracking lad..looks in the books at prices and always does his best for you. That is a good price
Welding supplies direct do a 15kg reel for £29 per reel, but you have to buy 2!
Cut a hole in the back panel and have the reel sat out on a separate stand? That's my only complaint with my R-tech mig 180, it only takes 5kg rolls. With hindsight I'd have shelled out extra for the 250. 5kg rolls are almost the same price as 15kg ones!
I might well do that, when I get a tuit of the round variety!Cut a hole in the back panel and have the reel sat out on a separate stand?
That's how industrial and robot welders work, wire feed unit is fed by a spring steel tube carrying the wire from bulk or marathon packs.Cut a hole in the back panel and have the reel sat out on a separate stand?
I bought that Lincoln wire a few months back. It's not even precision wound. Bit disappointing tbh.And for a pound more you could have Lincoln SupraMIG wire, which I believe is made in the UK:
