get a battery operated cutter up your snotter and remove it thentried the honey thing, very local honey too. Didn't do anything for me. Even tried the red light treatment up my nose, made the kids laugh but that was all it did!
Air con wasn't common why I started suffering, so can't blame that. The only thing that did change dramatically was the the amount of nasal hair I grew. Maybe the pollen was getting trapped in that![]()

View attachment 86502 This is a new one to me, no idea if it works. Find the area marked with the black spot and apply pressure several times. It is meant to release the bodies own antihistamines
When can you post your hand up?![]()
I've had hayfever since I was 7 and I turned 50 this year when I was a kid I'd play in the fields till my eyes were so swollen I could hardly see. I've tried most remedies herbal and prescription, I had even 9 injections a year for 3 years when I was a kid but nothing really worked particularly well. Two years ago I went to the Drs to see if there was anything new I could try and they prescribed fexofenadine, I take it all year round because I have some skin allergies as well it makes you drowsy but I take it about an hour before I go to bed and once I'm up the drowsiness has gone. I have had virtually no symptoms since I've been taking it and while I don't play in hay fields these days there's plenty of trees and fields round here and I definitely recommend it to fellow sufferers.
